Site Preparation The lot preparation for 274 Broadway was fairly typical for most old houses. First we removed the old house and all the debris, including some old asbestos. We then tested the soil for proper compaction and looked for any other environmental issues. Once we received the required approval from city inspectors, we did final grading to get ready for the next big step: the foundation. |
